Start with the product page
Copy the direct product link from the Korean online store and paste it into your KONNECT request. Open the link again to check that it leads to the item you mean. A search-results link or store homepage can make the product harder to identify, especially when several items have similar photos or names.
Record every option clearly
Copy the product name and model number if available. Record the color and size exactly as they appear in the store’s options; do not rely only on the color shown in a photo. Include the number of units you want. If you want the same product in two colors or sizes, give each combination its own entry.
Use this simple format for each item:
- Product link: [paste the link]
- Product name/model: [copy from the page]
- Color: [store’s option name]
- Size: [store’s option name]
- Quantity: [number of units]
Review before sending
Compare your details with the product page once more. If an option name is unclear, flag it for confirmation instead of guessing.
