Choose a size by comparing a garment you own

Start with the product chart

Open the size chart for the item you want to order. Do not assume that S, M, or L means the same thing across brands, or reuse a previous purchase’s size without checking this product’s chart. Note the units and whether the numbers describe body measurements or garment measurements. If the explanation is unclear, record your question before choosing.

Measure a comparison garment

Choose a comfortable garment you own that is similar to the intended item: compare a top with a top, or trousers with trousers. Lay it flat on a level surface without stretching the fabric. Use a measuring tape and follow the points in the brand’s diagram, such as chest width, shoulder width, sleeve length, or garment length. For trousers, check the waist, hip, and length measurements identified in the chart.

Compare like with like

Write down your measurements and their units, then compare them with each size you are considering. Make sure a garment width measured flat is not confused with a circumference. If the chart uses a different method, do not treat the numbers as equivalent. Also read the product’s fit description and consider whether you want similar room to your comparison garment or a looser shape; this comparison supports your decision but does not guarantee the same fit.

Submit clear options

Include the product link, color, exact store size label, and quantity in your KONNECT request. If you are still unsure, include the confusing part of the chart for confirmation before choosing. KONNECT confirms the quote before payment; after the team confirms payment, it processes the purchase in Korea and arranges delivery to Indonesia.
