KONNECT is not an official OLIVE YOUNG, MUSINSA, or COUPANG store. We purchase on your behalf. Catalogue prices are references; approve the final amount in your order quote.

How to use KONNECT

  1. Create an account or sign in

    Use the same account on the website and app so your orders, certificate, and points belong to the same person. Open My account and finish signing in.

  2. Read the guide and take the short test

    Learn about ordering, costs, payment, and shipping. After passing the comprehension test, issue your KONNECT guide-completion certificate. It is not an academic degree, government qualification, or visa guarantee.

  3. Choose an item or send a link

    Open a shop page and choose the variant, colour, size, and quantity. For items outside the catalogue, send the link and exact options. Adding to your cart does not purchase anything.

  4. Check and accept the quote

    The operator checks availability and price. Check the items, options, quantities, goods amount, shipping, and service fees. Request any point discount before payment and wait for the final quote.

  5. Transfer and attach proof

    Follow the payment instructions on the accepted order. In My orders, take a photo or choose an existing transfer-proof image on your phone. Uploading proof is not payment confirmation; the operator must verify it. WhatsApp remains available for help.

  6. We buy and prepare shipping

    After confirming payment, the operator purchases the items. Follow purchasing, Korean warehouse arrival, and shipping in My orders. If stock changes, wait for the operator before agreeing to a replacement.

  7. Check your points and history

    Purchase points apply only to eligible OLIVE YOUNG, MUSINSA, and COUPANG orders, scheduled 7 days after payment. Cancellations, refunds, and unmatched payments require review. My points shows what has actually been credited.

Before you order

Can I pay directly by card?

Currently, follow the transfer instructions in your quote. Do not pay based only on a catalogue price. The operator must verify the order payment.

When will it arrive?

International shipping estimates start when cargo leaves Korea, not when you place an order. Purchasing time, shop stock, and warehouse preparation vary. Check your order's shipping details.

What if the price or stock changes?

Contact the operator through your order before agreeing to changes. Catalogue prices and shop promotions do not guarantee the final price. Keep the agreement in your order details.

Does every purchase earn points?

No. Purchase points are limited to the three listed shops and eligible orders. Community post and comment rewards are a separate program. Ask the operator to review cancellations and partial refunds.

Membership and points in one app

Membership is your KONNECT account area for certificates, balance, and point history. There is no need to switch to a separate points app. KONNECT points are managed by KONNECT, not by the three shops.

Purchase points: 1% of eligible goods value, excluding shipping and service fees. Scheduled 7 days after payment, only for OLIVE YOUNG, MUSINSA, and COUPANG. Other shops do not earn purchase points. Link clicks and ordinary ad views do not earn points.

The community is a relaxed place to share. Each new post earns 100P and each new comment earns 10P, with no daily cap. Editing or retrying the same submission does not earn again. Keep transfer proofs and personal information out of public posts.

1P equals ₩1 toward a KONNECT-approved discount. Redemption requests start at 10,000P; check available balance and expiry in My points. Request a discount for your own order and wait for validation and the final quote before paying. Features that show a point cost can also use points; check the cost before continuing. Points cannot be withdrawn as cash.
